Heat Warning - Tips from Coldwater Indian Band
Remember to have water and snacks on hand and to not be out in the sun during the peak hours of when the temperature will rise.
Be wary when going out for walk or jog during the scorching hours and to wear light-colored flowy clothes for proper sun direction and air flow.
Protect your animals too, make sure they have water and shade.
